According to Dan:

"All prints made on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using the Sailfish firmware. Layer height is 0.15mm and print speed was 120 mm/s. Extruder temperature was 230C. Cool plugin setting was set to 2 seconds; all other settings using SF-50, RepG 40, and Sailfish 7.1 defaults."
